Music Memory

On Twitter, #musicmemory was trending. I posted my first music memory- falling in love with Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours album, but believing Stevie Nicks was Juice Newton (Playing with the Queen of Hearts….).

Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks are still my favorite musicians, so I wanted to post some of their videos from the Rumours era. It was incredible.

I watched Bill Maher last night and in his new rule that “democrats must get in touch with their inner asshole” he made the comment that “Muhammad Ali also had a way with words, but it helped enormously that he could also punch guys in the face.” When I heard him mention Ali, I wanted to look at old interviews – cause he did have a way with words. I can also remember seeing The Elephant Man with my Dad and Sister. I sat in my dad’s lap at the theater with my eyes covered. I may have been too young for that one.
